Repairs:
- All the repairs are handled through the RMA Portal.
- Please login/register and open an RMA request. Once we receive your request, someone will contact you to arrange all the details.

Support Hours:
- You can purchase Support Hours at any time by visiting the RMA Portal. They are valid for one year and are charged at $200 USD/hour (minimum 5 hours purchase).
- You can top up your Support Hours at any time and their validity will be automatically extended. You will be automatically notified of any changes regarding your Support Hours.

- To avoid unnecessary delays please make sure you have available Support Hours.
- After hours requests will be served promptly the next business day. [In some cases, you can request the availability of a qualified “field services support technician” to be contacted directly after normal business hours, to help you analyze / troubleshoot your system problem. The availability of a support technician may vary from time to time. The “weighting” of your support hours may vary depending on the time of day you want support.]
